Inclusive, Transformative, Collaborative
I have a deep respect for the therapeutic process and consider it a collaborative means to healing and growth. I practice from a trauma informed, psychodynamic approach and have experience providing therapy for issues related to depression, anxiety, stress management, life transitions, experience of abuse and trauma, interpersonal conflict, and family relationships. My background, stemming from a Masters degree in Social Work and practicing as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, provide a compressive view of the many factors that can affect mental health and a sense of well-being. In order to provide the best support I have been trained in a wide range of modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Emotional Freedom Technique, Family Systems, Schema Therapy, Mindfulness, and Person Centered Therapy.
